After filling out the form you can expect to hear from Artifex within 2 business days. Following the initial conversation, we will likely recommend the following:
Set up a time to meet in person or via phone to discuss the project in detail
Artifex will create a detailed proposal outlining the project scope of work, cost, and timelines
Once the proposal is accepted, you will be asked to fill out our design questionnaire
Based upon your answers and the results of our interviews and research, Artifex will deliver a Creative Brief document outlining the creative direction of the project
Artifex designers will create design mockups for you to approve
If we're designing your printed materials, files for the approved design are sent to the printer.
If we're building your website, upon design approval, the coding of your site begins
Once coding is complete, the site is thoroughly tested by Artifex staff
